OUR STORY
How InsurCore Came to Be
In the early days of agency AMS migrations, every conversion was a manual slog — spreadsheets, copy-paste, and crossed fingers. Holistic Business Consulting had spent years helping agencies navigate Applied Epic transitions and kept running into the same problem: there were no reliable, repeatable tools for getting clean data into Epic on the first try.
InsurCore started as an internal set of scripts. We built custom ETL pipelines for each client, learned which field mappings always broke, and discovered the edge cases that Applied Systems' BOB Tool would silently reject. Over many projects, those scripts became a platform.
Today, InsurCore is one of the most comprehensive insurance data conversion platforms — covering nearly every major AMS, every line of business, and the full lifecycle from data extraction to validated Epic import. If we don't have a script for your platform, we are happy to make one!
